The Accurate Translator is launching
its full service translation agency. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, they
have spent the last three years dedicated to just English & Spanish
translations. Seeing a huge increase in demand for many language pairs,
The Accurate Translator has branched out to cover more than 35 language
pairs. Asked what makes them different from the hundreds of other translations
agencies, Joe Simunaci, owner of the Accurate Translator responds, “We
are a new translation & interpretation service that is distinguished

complete. We’re a group of dedicated associated translators all
committed to a common goal – providing a quality product in an
affordable, timely manner and creating long-term relationships with
our clients.”
The Accurate Translator represents over 35 different language pairs.
Joe says it differs from other translation agencies who commonly use
many different freelance translators jobs by hiring of associates to
manage their own language pairs. The language pair managers are the
individuals that translate for their particular language pair but also
have the authority if volume is high enough, to contract them out. The
Associate then becomes the full representative for The Accurate Translator
to make sure the job is completed in a timely, accurate and professional
fashion.
The Accurate Translator’s responsibilities are to contract the
language pair managers, overall marketing, quality & consistency
control (proofreading), and special services formatter. They also have
a unique ability to place translated text in already completed, advertisements,
graphics, and camera ready art saving clients precious time and money
by not having to complete the extra step of forwarding the translated
text to their marketing agency.
Joe says that The Accurate Translator selects and hires only the most
experienced individuals with ample knowledge of their specific language
pair. He states, “Only the best with a proven track record are
invited to participate. There is also only one representative per language
pair as opposed to having various competing within the same agency.”
I asked Joe how the Accurate Translator will do a final quality assurance
check of the documents. He responded that they rely on different trustworthy
third-party proofreading services and that those services are used only
for checking the final project – not for translation.
I asked Joe what he is doing differently in regards to marketing and
he responded that it consists of many different levels. “First
is being an agency member to all the major language translation quoting
services. As a member, we are sent and respond to the hundreds of job
requests daily for the dozens of language pairs represented. We also
concentrate highly on Arizona’s local business, and making sure
we do all we can to raise our web-site ranking in quality on the Internet.”
With the new overall working approach and extremely ripe market in Phoenix,
Arizona, one thing is for sure. The Accurate Translator certainly has
a lot on its plate and with an ever growing population that uses other
than English and increased trade barriers coming down, the need for
translation services will be there for years to come.
